Please note that Rimo Health does not charge consumers directly. Our platform is designed for healthcare providers and businesses. We offer multiple plans to meet the diverse needs of our business clients.

2. Platform Plans and Refunds

Rimo Health offers multiple plans with different features and pricing structures. The specific details of each plan, including source code ownership rights, partnership terms, and other business-specific details are outlined in the contract signed between Rimo Health and each client.

Evaluation Period

We offer a 14-day evaluation period after your initial payment. During this period, you can assess if our platform meets your requirements.

If you determine that the platform does not meet your needs within this period, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms specified in your contract and the following general conditions:

  • You must notify us in writing within the 14-day period
  • You must provide specific details about why the platform does not meet your requirements
  • You must not have deployed the platform to a production environment
  • You must adhere to any additional requirements specified in your contract

After the Evaluation Period

After the 14-day evaluation period, all purchases are considered final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in your contract.

Details about source code ownership, intellectual property rights, and ongoing partnership terms are specifically outlined in your contract with Rimo Health.

3. Customization and Implementation Services

For any customization or implementation services purchased in addition to the platform:

  • Payments for services that have already been delivered are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your contract
  • For ongoing services, refunds may be available for the portion of work that has not yet been completed, subject to the terms in your contract
  • Service-related fees and refund conditions are outlined in your specific service agreement

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at hello@rimohealth.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your contract reference, purchase date, and reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our team will review your request in accordance with your contract terms and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days

Each client's contract with Rimo Health contains specific terms regarding:

  • Source code ownership rights
  • Partnership details and obligations
  • Licensing terms
  • Payment and refund conditions specific to your plan
  • Support and maintenance terms

In all cases, the terms of your contract will supersede any general terms outlined in this refund policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes to the Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
